Training Ukrainian Church Planters and other local church leaders is an essential part of multiplying churches. In other words, as missionaries, our primary job is to facilitate the work of Ukrainians, serving as catalysts and nurturers, keeping the work in the capable hands of well-trained Ukrainian Leaders. To do this are providing training opportunities that will enable them to more effectively carry out the ministry to which God has called them. |
