- To stimulate and encourage prayer and advocacy for our people and region that God would cause a might movement of locally-led multiplying churches.
- To do evangelism that results in locally-led multiplying churches.
- To do discipleship training that equips for locally-led multiplying churches.
- To do leadership development that creates leaders for locally-led multiplying churches.
- To minister to human needs in ways that contribute to the development of locally-led multiplying churches.
