East Brent-Ordzinokidze April 2008
In April of 2008 we were involved in a remodeling project with one of the churches we partner with here in a city named Ordzinokidze (don’t try to pronounce it). The church is named “House of the Gospel” and is located in a “House of Culture” built in Soviet times. This was a great, hardworking group that came from East Brent Baptist Church in Pensacola, Florida. They have now come now five times to work with us here. The project went very well, and the group from Florida, was able, along with some of the church members, to finish out a good sized meeting hall where the church will worship while they continue to do other work on the building. The group did a great deal of dywall/sheetrock work, electrical work, and hung a drop ceiling. They finished out the room they came to work in while they were here. We praise God there were no injuries or major difficulties, just a lot of hard work and great relationships. We do appreciate partners East Brent Baptist who have come back to work with us many times. The photos here are from their project.
